Yep, we’re not sure how to pronounce it either!

Qlub is a queer social club for LGBTQ+ young adults and allies aged 16 to 26 in Guernsey, run in partnership between Liberate and Action for Children Guernsey (AFC).

Founded in September 2026, it’s a free, confidential safe space that meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month at Action for Children’s offices from 6pm to 8pm.

Expect either a tea week (news, gossip, hot topics) or an activi-tea week (fun stuff out and about!)

Local young people identified the need for a social group for older young people, and Qlub was born.

With Qlub, LGBTQ+ young people can continue to access support into early adulthood, once they have ‘aged out’ of our LGBTQ+ Youth Group and other existing support services.

This way, they can stay in contact with friends from youth club and continue to have an invaluable place within the community.
