We offer a wide range of options for organisations that want to learn more about LGBTQ+ topics and commit to LGBTQ+ inclusion.
Depending on your organisation’s needs, we can help you find the perfect way to create a safe, welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ people. You could join the Rainbow Mark programme, become Pride Certified, or we can arrange a training session that works for you – from a bespoke ‘Lunch and Learn’ session to specific training that covers topics such as ‘The ABCs of LGBTQ+’, ‘How to be a Good Ally’, or a more in-depth look at ‘Sex, Sexuality and Gender Identity.’
We deliver around 200+ hours of education and training each year
On an average year we deliver around 200 hours of education and training.
This translates to around a 3,500 people learning more about the LGBTQ+ community.
One of Liberate’s aims is to inform and educate both the LGBTQ+ community AND the wider community on a range of LGBTQ+ topics.
This is through teaching, outreach, training, consultancy and helping to direct people to relevant resources and services.

Education in schools
In partnership with the Youth Commission of Guernsey and Alderney, in 2023 we delivered around 100 lessons and assemblies in all of the island’s States-funded senior schools, Elizabeth College and Ladies’ College.Education in schools
