The first ever pan Channel Islands Pride event will take place this September.
The aim of Guernsey’s first Pride Parade is to bring people together.
The first Pride event in Jersey took place last September and was hugely successful. This year, the plan is to hold a similar event in Guernsey on September 10th, followed by another event in Jersey a week later on September 17th.
In Guernsey, the event will include a parade through the centre of St Peter Port, followed by a celebratory party in Market Square with live bands and a few surprises.
There will follow a week of festivities and educational events, culminating in another Pride event in Jersey.
