Guernsey took a step closer to having a Same-Sex Marriage law today.
Guernsey’s Royal Court have approved the Same-Sex Marriage Law today – we’re nearly there!
Just one trip back to the States for final approval and you’ll be able to set a date!
The approval of this legislation follows the States of Guernsey’s decision, in December 2015, to bring in full same-sex marriage equality, rather than Union Civile, which had been suggested as an alternative.
We can’t wait! Maybe it’s time to buy that hat!
