Nominations are still open for the first ever CI Equality & Diversity Awards.

The 2016 Channel Islands Equality and Diversity Awards celebrate those Channel Islands organisations that have demonstrated exceptional regard for diversity, equality and inclusivity within their workplace in the last 12 months. This can be in any area recognised (or to be recognised) as a protected characteristic in Jersey and Guernsey’s discrimination laws: race, gender, sexuality, gender reassignment, pregnancy and maternity, age or ability.
There are five award categories (see below) in which an organisation can be nominated.
All nominations will be collated by Liberate and a shortlist of finalists drawn up. The awards will then be judged by an independent diversity panel (unless otherwise indicated below). The winners will be announced at an awards dinner on Friday 16 September 2016 at the Pomme d’Or hotel, Jersey.
If your organisation is shortlisted for an award, you will be notified by Liberate and sent details of how you can attend the awards dinner.
All shortlisted nominees will be permitted to use a logo similar to the blue one below on their promotional material. The winners will be presented with a crystal triangle award and permitted to use a logo similar to the red one below on their promotional material.
