BBC Radio Guernsey posted the below on their Facebook Page:
“Guernsey’s health department has decided to start paying for sex change operations.
We’ll be talking about the issue on the breakfast programme with Jim from 7am.
But what’s your view on the move?”
This provoked some lively debate on Facebook.
